John Lewis debuts its new toy range with Snapchat filter and Virtual reality experience

John Lewis (Twitter: @johnlewisretail), UK based upmarket department store recently launched its own line of toys featuring Buster the Boxer and other animals that will be seen in advertisements outlining the Christmas day fun and other virtual reality mediums as well as Snapchat filter.

The story behind the range, outlines the fun trampoline experience of Buster the Boxer on Christmas day after watching a fox, hedgehog and badger have fun the night before.

The new collection of toys will include plush toys featuring fox, hedgehog, badger and buster. Customers can buy up to five of any one of the Buster products, ten percent of which will be donated to The Wildlife Trusts.

The virtual reality experience based on the advertisement will take place at the Oxford Street where fans can wear a headgear to enter in to the virtual reality and join the animals on the trampoline.

John Lewin has also partnered with Snapchat to launch an exclusive Buster the Boxer filter and other in-shop experiences will include dressed Buster and his friends with whom customers can take pictures.
